These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Vivora Fit, its mobile application, AI features, and store subscription services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Vivora Fit mobile application or associated website portals (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not download, access, or use Vivora Fit.
Vivora Fit is an AI-powered nutrition and lifestyle companion application (Package Identifier: com.vivorafit.app) designed to provide computer-vision food scanning, macronutrient calculations, water intake tracking, daily habit logging, and conversational AI guidance. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial educational and habit-tracking purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use Vivora Fit. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf prior to app download.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device. Vivora Fit operates on an offline-first architecture storing your meal logs in an encrypted SQLite database on your device. You agree that any information you submit (such as physical height, weight, or goal activity level) is provided voluntarily to allow baseline caloric math.
You agree not to misuse Vivora Fit, including but not limited to:
Vivora Fit utilizes artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini AI vision and language models) to detect foods, estimate serving sizes, and provide macronutrient breakdowns.
Important Notice Regarding AI Accuracy:
AI calculations are estimates and probabilistic approximations. Factors such as camera angles, plate depth, lighting, cooking oils, hidden ingredients, and regional recipes affect accuracy. Always exercise personal judgment and verify nutritional details when managing specific dietary requirements.
Vivora Fit is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, eating disorder, metabolic condition, or medical ailment. All content, caloric goals, macro targets, water reminders, and AI coach interactions are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
Always consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare professional before starting any calorie restriction, weight loss program, or dietary modification, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, taking medication, or managing a chronic illness. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information obtained through Vivora Fit.
Vivora Fit provides both a Free tier and optional auto-renewing paid subscription tiers (“Premium Pro”):
Includes 5 free AI scans per day, water tracking, streak logging, and option to unlock extra daily scans by watching short Google AdMob rewarded video ads.
Unlocks unlimited AI food scans, 100% ad-free experience, unlimited AI coach chat, and priority processing.
Available Subscription Plans:
* Subscription pricing may vary by region or local currency as determined by Google Play or Apple App Store tier matrices.
Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account (on Android) or Apple ID / iTunes Account (on iOS) at confirmation of purchase. Vivora Fit does not collect, process, or store your payment card numbers on our servers or website.
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2 and Google Play Subscription Rules:
• Android: Open Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vivora Fit → Cancel.
• iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Vivora Fit → Cancel Subscription.
Because all purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through platform app stores, all refund requests are governed by Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Refund Policies:
All trademarks, logos, visual designs, software code, UI interfaces, and graphics associated with Vivora Fit are the exclusive intellectual property of Vivora Fit. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on personal devices in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vivora Fit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, health complications, loss of data, or reliance on estimated AI caloric calculations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vivora Fit following published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
