Subscriptions are purchased directly within the mobile app and billed through your Google Play or Apple ID account. Vivora Fit does not collect or store your payment card numbers.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your phone store account settings.
You can easily cancel anytime with no penalties or cancellation fees through the Google Play Store Subscriptions menu or Apple Settings.
Refund requests are evaluated and processed according to Google Play and Apple App Store refund guidelines. Please submit requests through your store account.

Premium Pro removes all scan quotas and ads completely! You get unlimited instant AI food scans, 100% ad-free experience, unlimited Vivora AI coach chat conversations, and advanced nutritional insights.
Vivora Fit Premium Pro offers flexible subscription options in the app including Weekly, Monthly, and Annual (Yearly) plans billed securely through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Android phone (Google Play Store -> Subscriptions) or iOS device (Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions). Your Premium access remains active until the end of your paid billing period.
You will retain full access to Premium Pro features (unlimited scans, no ads, AI coaching) until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. After that, your account simply reverts to the Free tier without losing your logged meal history.
Because all purchases and payments are processed directly by Apple or Google, all refund requests are governed by Apple Media Services and Google Play terms. You can request a refund through your respective app store support portal.
