Vivora Fit is designed around a Local-First Privacy Architecture. We do not require cloud user registration or maintain remote user account databases. We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver accurate nutrition tracking and AI services:

When you use the AI Food Scanner, Vivora Fit accesses your device camera or selected photo gallery image strictly to detect food items, estimate portion sizes, and calculate nutritional values.

• Transient Processing: Photos are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS to secure AI inference services (Google Gemini models) solely to generate meal analysis. Images are processed transiently and discarded immediately after inference.
• No Facial or Biometric Use: Photos are analyzed strictly for culinary items. We do not use photos for biometric identification, facial recognition, or commercial profiling.
• No Advertising Use: Food photos are never sold to third parties or used for external advertising networks.

We use local and transient information to:

• Provide AI-powered food scanning, meal identification, and nutrition breakdown.
• Calculate daily calorie budgets and macro goals tailored to your personal metrics.
• Power interactive AI nutrition chat and conversational answers to food queries.
• Maintain your meal history, daily streaks, and progress trends locally on your device.
• Verify and deliver in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Diagnose software errors and enhance application performance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health data to third parties. We share information only under strict technical operational parameters:

• AI Inference Providers: Encrypted image and text payloads are processed transiently via Google Gemini API solely to generate nutritional estimates.
• App Store Platforms: Payment processing and subscription validation are handled directly by Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Vivora Fit operates on local data storage. Your local meal logs, nutrition history, and personal parameters remain exclusively on your device for as long as the application remains installed. We do not maintain central cloud server databases of user accounts. Temporary food images sent for AI meal analysis are processed transiently and discarded immediately after inference.

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) for all data in transit.

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you maintain immediate, direct control over your information:

• Access & Portability: You can export your entire dataset as a JSON file directly from Settings -> Export Data.
• Correction: You can edit or update your physical parameters, goals, and meal records directly in the app.
• Deletion & Purge: You can permanently erase 100% of your data via Settings -> Delete Account or by uninstalling the application.
